When I complained to the sales manager, Harvinder, even the manager admitted and agreed that kartik was dishonest. Stay away from this place. I am now having to resort to seeking assistance from Toyota Canada. Even Toyota Canada found it hard to digest the fraud. More

I was in no rush to finance o I was able to Lease a 2016 Manager's Demo Venza through Westminster Toyota. I dealt exclusively with Barb and Harvinder. I was in no rush to finance or lease, and Barb took the time to show what might be the best options for my needs. As I tried to sell my old vehicle, Barb and Harvinder kept me updated on the Venza sale status and how I was doing selling my old Acura. A fair trade value and purchase price were given to me, but luckily I was able to sell privately. I have had my Venza for over a month now and I love it. This place is a joke This place is a joke. I had called around everywhere for a 2017 corolla se with upgrade package. I knew what I wanted. I didn't need to drive it and This place is a joke. I had called around everywhere for a 2017 corolla se with upgrade package. I knew what I wanted. I didn't need to drive it and therefore didn't need to come into the dealer to drive or see it. I talked to most dealers in lower mainland. Some chose to deal on the phone some did not. Westminster obviously did. I spoke with Harvinder the sales manager and he quoted me ~25500 for a cash deal. And that price was on par with others. (proving he knew the model I was after) This was 2 weeks ago. Yesterday I spoke with Harvinder again and he told me with the cash rebate offered this month he would do a cash deal for ~24560. I called around after I got off the phone with him and everyone I spoke with told me to take this deal and run. So today I messaged barb the sales lady I originally talked to at Westminster to confirm these details one last time and she told me there had been a mistake and that the ~24500 was for a le with upgrade package. I told her this was garbage and that they were simply trying to get me into the store in hopes to finalize a deal. She said it was an honest mistake and that they thought I had originally said an le model. This is crap as Harvinder gave me the original quote based on the se. Why would I change the vehicle I'm looking for? These guys are dishonest and will say anything to get you into the store and then when called out say it was an honest mistake. I call B.S. I will never do business here and will steer anyone i know looking at toyota to wherever I decide to buy. But it won't be here. The sales management team is brutal. Barb the sales lady was nice enough and seemed to know her stuff but Harvinder was terrible and cannot be trusted in my opinion. Not even a phone call from him explaining his "honest" mistake. Terrible in every way. I suggest buying elsewhere. More
