My experience with this dealership was nothing short of frustrating. During my first visit, I was pressured to put down a deposit to have a vehicle brought in, even though I only wanted to be placed on a l frustrating. When the vehicle finally did arrive, I was called in to view it. After seeing it, we made it clear that we intended to purchase it, but only after receiving the final pricing so we could arrange the payment and complete the insurance transfer from my current vehicle for the next morning. The dealership refused, claiming it wasn’t their policy and that they don’t hold vehicles for anyone. We were never advised of these policies at any point, despite being at the dealership twice and asking reasonable questions. I then asked about leaving a non-refundable deposit and signing a contract, and was still told the car would not be held under any circumstances. I even offered to return the same day to pay for the vehicle and simply have it stay on the lot overnight while I handled insurance the next morning. Again, the answer was no. At this point, I had never even been shown an invoice, yet they expected me to commit to a major purchase without basic information or even 24 hours to finalize required paperwork. That is unacceptable and demonstrates extremely poor business practice. Based on how rigid, unhelpful, and unprofessional this entire process was, I do not recommend this dealership to anyone, and I will be purchasing the vehicle from another dealership that actually values its customers. Already had a corolla with these guys then they called saying they're "very interested in my vehicle" which is obviously a ploy to get them to sell you a new car. Saw they had a new Camry though so was interested in that. The whole experience was awful. We waited 8 hours there since we kept having to ask them about the prices and hidden charges (they didn't explain it well) and they didn't even uphold some of the things we made a deal about (we made a deal for 2 years of free service and ceramic coating but they never wrote it down and now will not honour it.) They also "mistakenly" charged an extra $50 on our monthly payments that we had to go back for them to fix. Our salesperson didn't even know what she was talking about. Head salesperson (Indian guy) also did not explain our deal properly, never explained the charges, and kept trying to push us out the door with his price. Overall a very terrible experience. DO NOT buy from this stealership. If you do want to buy Toyota, buy private or go to Openroad Toyota in Richmond. More

I bought a used RAV4 from Westminster Toyota about 2 years ago, and honestly it’s been a great ride. Recently, something came up with the car (nothing major, just one of those things that happens over time). Thankfully I had picked up the Avantguard warranty when I bought it – and I’m really glad I did. The repair ended up being over $6,000, but I only had to pay a $100 deductible. The rest was fully covered, no stress at all. What really stood out to me was the after-sales support. Westminster Toyota stood fully behind the warranty and made sure everything was handled properly. That kind of service and follow-through is a big plus in my books. The Avantguard warranty totally paid for itself, and I’d highly recommend it if you’re buying a used vehicle. Overall still very happy with the RAV4 and the team at Westminster Toyota. Would definitely go back again. 👍 More

I also worked with Michael, the sales manager, and he was great at keeping things smooth and efficient. I decided to go with the ECP program again since I had it on my last car, and it really paid off. All my services were covered, and when I had an issue with a power window, it was taken care of with no deductible—super simple and no hassle. Their service department is excellent too—quick to get warranty work handled and always professional. Overall, I’m really happy with how everything went. Great team and great service all around! More
Very clean and bright dealership, bought my first car, bz4x, there with michael and bob. they explain the car features really well and spent a long time with me as i had a lot of questions. really appreci bz4x, there with michael and bob. they explain the car features really well and spent a long time with me as i had a lot of questions. really appreciate their time and the small gifts bob have prepared - i was genuinely surprised. it was an amazing experience and i would definitely recommend my friends to visit westminster toyota oh and i must mention the finance office lady charul was excellent, she spent the time to explain all the numbers to me even though i am not a smart person with numbers, she was not rushing me. after a week i had a nail on my tire and good thing charul explain to me the warranty - i had to replace the brand new one week tire with a new one and i didnt have to pay anything! i was so happy and relieved. my experience was excellent here, before and post sales they were here and was very supportive!! thank you More

When I first walked into the dealership, I wasn’t sure exactly what I was looking for. LV was the first to greet me, and from the start, he made me feel comfortable. There was no pressure, just a genuine conversation about what I needed. He took the time to listen and walked me through all my options, giving me honest advice and helping me find the perfect fit. He’s the kind of person who’s genuinely there to help, not just to sell you something. Once I decided on the Corolla Cross, Alvin helped with the paperwork. I’ve had my fair share of pushy car salespeople, but Alvin was nothing like that. He was super transparent about the pricing and what was included. He didn’t try to upsell me or push extra add-ons, which made a huge difference. I could tell he genuinely wanted to make sure I understood everything before I signed anything. Then there was Jesse, the Finance Manager. I was a little nervous about the financial side of things, but Jesse made it so much easier. He took the time to explain all the numbers clearly and walked me through the options without rushing me. He never made me feel pressured to make any decisions I wasn’t comfortable with. The whole process felt really transparent and respectful, which is rare when it comes to financing. Jesse made sure I felt confident and clear about everything before finalizing. Overall, the entire team made me feel like more than just a customer. They treated me with respect, gave me great advice, and made the whole process feel personal and easy. I walked away feeling like I made the best choice, not just with the car, but with the dealership too. I'm absolutely in love with my new Corolla Cross, and I can’t thank LV, Alvin, and Jesse enough for making this such a positive experience. finally got my highlander hybrid after waiting almost 3 years… yeah it was a long wait but honestly so worth it in the end. big thanks to massi, hossein and fatima at westminster toyota for making the whol years… yeah it was a long wait but honestly so worth it in the end. big thanks to massi, hossein and fatima at westminster toyota for making the whole process way easier than i expected from the start they were just super chill, no pressure at all which i really appreciated. they kept following up over the years, just checking in and keeping me in the loop. never felt like they forgot about me or were trying to push anything on me. they gave me a lot of advice too, answered all my questions, even the small stuff, and just made sure i was comfortable with everything by the time the car actually arrived, i felt ready and informed and honestly just excited. the whole buying process was smooth, no stress at all. they really looked after me from start to finish if you’re thinking of getting a car, especially a hybrid or something that takes a while to come in, go talk to these guys. they’re patient, honest and just good people to deal with. can’t thank them enough More
