Great Experience I came into the dealership looking for a great deal and I got it! A huge thank you to Colby Ducharme (Sales Manager) for giving me this deal. Also I would like to thank Randy Wold (Finance Office) for shopping around in order to find me the cheapest possible rates he could find. After I bought the vehicle I was wondering if they could touch up some rock chips on the hood and bumper for me and John Bosman instantly helped me out and had the detailers Wayne Roberts and Mark Eclarnal touch up the chips and had it back to me on a timely manner. They did this task free of charge! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to get the most value from their dollar and doesn't want to be conned into buying a vehicle that has problems that wasn't shown to you. After speaking to John Bosman about what had happened previously, and what I was looking for, he jumped right in to take care of things. He kept in contact with me throughout the process and went above and beyond. Randy from the finance department was also good to deal with as I was setting up the financing. When I arrived on site to pick up the vehicle, I noticed something that was not as I expected (no sunroof on the model I was looking at), and although this was my mistake, John and Colby stepped up to modify the deal we had in place to my satisfaction. I cannot say enough good things about the customer service that I received throughout the process of purchasing a new truck. More
