About a month ago i purchased my 2013 sierra denali from Westlock motors and i was very pleased with my buying experience. The salesman Chris Bishop went the extra mile to find me exactly what i wanted and Westlock motors and i was very pleased with my buying experience. Randy Wold from the finance department worked quickly with me to get financing and always maintained good communication with me and got me the best available finance rate. When i bought from Westlock motors i felt that i was treated more as a close friend rather than a customer and i didnt feel pressured into something i didnt want. All the staff there was very friendly and eager to help, which made my decision to buy from them easy and has impacted my decision for future purchases from them as well. I give Westlock motors and its staff a 12 out of 10, you guys are awesome!!! More

I have dealt with Westlock Motors and directly with Terry Klopberdanz for some time without any regrets or disappointments. I Manage the maintenance of a small fleet of pickup trucks and Terry has looked aft Klopberdanz for some time without any regrets or disappointments. Looking for that extra time for other things are important to me as work is busy for me. I found the atmosphere to be very laid back. Colby was very accommodating with a loaner vehicle for running an arrand while the purchased vehicle was being fitted with snow tires. Storing off my summer tires was very convenient for me. Colby was also very timely in responding to my questions. The individual I dealt with ( whose name I have forgotten ) in the finance aspect was also very helpful. I have had 2 experiences with the service dept at this dealership as well and I AM TOTALLY SATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY OF WORK AND THE PLEASANT SERVICE TO THIS POINT. I have already mentioned my positive experiences to a couple of friends and will continue to do so. More
