I recently purchased a car from here and was very surprised at how simple and quick the process was. The service was incredible and this was my best car purchase experience yet. Travis was very friendly and helpful; he answered all of my questions and was very responsive. Everyone else I interacted with was also very kind and helpful, including Doug and Jocelyn, and the receptionists too. Wolfe GMC provided a mechanical inspection and the Carfax up-front. My previous (privately purchased) cars have all had many hidden issues, with no Carfax and no inspections provided. Now I'm happy to finally have a safe and reliable car. I have already recommended them to my friends, family, and coworkers. Thanks again for all of your help! More

Travis advised us on a truck and before he even gave us a chance to come check it out it was sold. The dealership has a deposit of ours. We fealt like we were being pushed into something that was out of our price range just by him even asking us if we would consider something in the 30 or 40 K price range. We simply told him NO we are not. He knew this from the get go. Travis said he would keep looking for something for us and I told him not to bother. We will take our business elsewhere. He knew when we got our deposit back that we were not happy with how he handled us as prospective customers. Not treated fair at all. Very disappointed with Travis not having the courtesy to call us when the truck had a potential buyer so we could have acted on checking it out before they sold it from right under us with no follow up communication. And yes Travis did non chalantly apologize but that doesn't make the situation right as far as I see it. Gone shopping elsewhere. Bye. Travis did respond to the raring I gave him and he wasn't happy with it . He did tell us that in his 11 years in the industry he has never received a 1 star rating rating. He did say he would take this as a learning curve and try not to let this happen again to other customers going forward. So I do appreciate him getting back to us,so that in itself was a good move. With him doing that I will change my rating to 3 from the 1. At the end of the day all he had to do was let us know someone else was interested in the truck. He didnt do that and that's what broke down us wanting to deal with Wolfe GMC and Travis any further. More
