Aside from the mix up on your financial end of our original deal in purchasing our 2015 Titan where a deal was signed at a stated price that included a starter, warranty etc. and was later addressed as a screw up in your financial branch. This led myself and my spouse to be very unsatisfied and left without a vehicle with a new baby. We did sign a new deal, with a substantially different payment because we loved the truck & as I stated before were left without a second vehicle with a new baby. Customer service during our service visit in early January was phenomenal. For future reference if a mix up such as ours was to happen again, I can say the future customer would greatly appreciate a review of the deal BEFORE initial signing and agreement. More

Jordan was friendly, very helpful and genuinely interested in working with us to get us into the best deal possible for us. We walked away happy and under the budget. Plus he's pretty easy on the eyes, meow. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family! Great place to go if you want to get into a new ride without being jerked around. More

"Fell through the cracks" That was what I was told when the Service Center fail to call me to let me know if the parts for my 2015 Pathfinder was in. I would think that after purchasing a brand new vehicle that had small scratches that they would be more helpful in getting these issues fixed; however the service department not only ordered the wrong parts but they kept making excuses for not having the parts in on a timely basis. It took over 3 weeks for me to get the vehicle finally fixed and had to drop it off and pick up multiple times. To be fair they did have a loaner ready for me each time but it would not have been necessary had they done the job right the first time. More

It is a vehicle that literally takes your breath away the first time you see I contacted the dealership the moment the new '16 Maxima hit the ground! It is a vehicle that literally takes your breath away the first time you see one. It is the sportiest sedan that I have ever driven.....let alone seen. It's not a true sports car like me 370Z but it would be very difficult to put more sportiness in any luxury sedan. In my opinion no other vehicle in the under 50K category comes close to the Maxima. It's fun to drive, yet it's loaded with every luxury and safety features you can imagine. I've actually recorded over 40 miles per gallon. . Jordan was my first contact at the dealership long before the vehicle arrived and we spent the better part of an hour discussing the merits of the new model and once the vehicle hit the ground we were actually able to do the entire negotiation process over the phone! They were most reasonable with the negotiated sales price as well Since I took possession of the car, just as every great sales person should, Jason has contacted me no less than three times to ensure both the car and myself were doing well . I have a lengthy history of purchases , from West End Nissan and I keep coming back for the welcoming atmosphere and great service! Thanks again Jordan!! More
