Highly recommend Jordan Rousseau I haven't bought a vehicle from a dealership in 13 years because I hate dealing with typical car salesmen. However, I really wanted to buy a new Juke I haven't bought a vehicle from a dealership in 13 years because I hate dealing with typical car salesmen. However, I really wanted to buy a new Juke and Jordan was recommended to me by an acquaintance. Jordan made me feel at ease the moment I was introduced to him and he continues to impress me! Whenever I have a question about something, he looks into it for me and always returns my calls promptly. Shortly after I bought my vehicle I noticed that one of the tire valve caps was missing. Since I live in Calgary, I asked Jordan if he could mail me a cap to replace the lost one. Instead of mailing me one cap, he couriered a pack of four brand new tire valve caps to me at no charge. Even though I bought the Juke a few months ago, Jordan still keeps in touch with me to make sure I am completely happy with my purchase. Very Friendly. Was driving a Toyota Highland, was looking at upgrading, went to Toyota and was attacked by vultures at the door trying to sell cars. Not impressed.
