From when we first arrived to the time I drove off the lot with my new vehicle, everyone at West End Nissan was awesome to deal with and it was a painless experience. When I received my new vehicle, Jordan took the time to make sure I knew how to work all the different features, from the Bluetooth to the different safety features of the vehicle. This saved me from having to read the manual to figure out the little things. I have since taken my vehicle back for a few oil changes and have had similar experiences with the service department at West End Nissan. Everyone there has been great to deal with and very knowledgeable whenever I've had questions. More
