This is the first time in a long time that I left a dealership smiling knowing I received the best deal I could possibly get! Furthermore, we received a fair trade the on our old vehicle as we are somewhat educated consumers and compared the offer online with various websites including the Canadian Black Book value. The process took about a week knowing that I can be a somewhat difficult purchaser. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from West End Nissan and would recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase a Nissan! More

From when we first arrived to the time I drove off the lot with my new vehicle, everyone at West End Nissan was awesome to deal with and it was a painless experience. When I received my new vehicle, Jordan took the time to make sure I knew how to work all the different features, from the Bluetooth to the different safety features of the vehicle. This saved me from having to read the manual to figure out the little things. I have since taken my vehicle back for a few oil changes and have had similar experiences with the service department at West End Nissan.
