Sales experience excellent but new car delivery experience p I dealt with Phi Nguyen as my salesperson and he was excellent. However, when I took delivery of my new Highlander, there were problems. First, the I dealt with Phi Nguyen as my salesperson and he was excellent. However, when I took delivery of my new Highlander, there were problems. First, the vehicle had a loud rattle and it was subsequently discovered that the service representative who installed the trailer hitch forgot to secure the exhaust system after installation. Second, the service person who installed the cross rails cracked a trim piece and did not fix it until I noticed the damage. Third, the finance department told me that the undercoating and paint protection had been done but, after I picked up the vehicle, I was told that this work had not been done. Phi was embarrassed by these problems and he made sure that they were solved quickly. I was pleased with the manner in which the dealership’s service department and management dealt with the problems. More
