Chris Keller as a service manager has been disrespectful when talked to (maybe I went to him at a bad time? still an unacceptable arrogant condescending approach to customer) but it certainly is a tipping point for me. As a 25 year old who have been with them for 8 yrs, I probably won't purchase a car from them again and I would be better off not using their service. Only reason I use them is to use the free oil change service that comes with purchasing the car. I was reminded in the past week why I don't like the other services. Very underwhelming.
