Very easy, friendly and comfortable I had a great experience purchasing my new Rav4 ! I was visiting Edmonton from out of town and went to different dealerships and wanted to test drive I had a great experience purchasing my new Rav4 ! I was visiting Edmonton from out of town and went to different dealerships and wanted to test drive different vehicles to see what I liked. As soon as I walked into Mayfield Toyota I was greeted by everyone and asked immediately if I needed help, this didn’t happen at the other dealerships. I met Jeff Chu and he listened to what I was looking for and showed me the Rav4. He even arranged to let me drive one for the rest of my time in the city which was awesome! A few weeks later I came back and picked up my new car. One of the biggest reasons why I chose my Toyota is because of Jeff and also Ryan in finance, they were both so easy to deal with, I never felt pressured into making my purchase, they were very accommodating and helped answer all my questions More

Great overall experience I went in to the dealership with an idea of which car I wished to look at. Andy (Sales) helped me to decide which trim level would best suit my needs, I went in to the dealership with an idea of which car I wished to look at. Andy (Sales) helped me to decide which trim level would best suit my needs, and I didn't feel pressured to choose the top line. Ryan (Finance) thoroughly explained all of the details involved in leasing a car, as well as the various protection (3M, undercoat) that would be recommended for our climate here in Edmonton. On the day I picked it up, Andy and Ryan dealt with all of the paperwork quickly and then Andy spent time explaining all of the safety features of the car. I left feeling really comfortable and ready to enjoy my new car. More
