Mr Lam made my visit very different compared to my last visit to this dealership 5 yrs ago. At that time, no one had the "time of day" for me. I bought at another dealership. Then Levi sent a fellow employee over to help close the deal,didnt remember his name,call him Closer.also very helpful and not pushy.I didnt get my new tires I asked for ,BUT ? Then Vance the finance manager helped us thru what we could afford.. was told about this dealer from friend who bought here,,now i see why. I was told about a 30 day exchange if not happy that wasnt put in writing though,kinda worrys me in case car has issues? More
