After debating getting rid of my 2008 Equinox for some time, I decided to check out West Ed Hyundai after being referred by a co-worker. I met with Laurie who was able to help me decide on a vehicle and trim level that would suit my needs and budget, as well as provide detailed answers to my many questions. The finance department is outstanding, they were able to get the deal done with impressive speed. Last, but not least, are Aaron & Devon, two great guys who were able to smooth out the details and get me in my vehicle sooner than I thought. Richard was very thorough during the test drive, showing and demonstrating all the features of the vehicle. Diane was very friendly and relaxed and used appropriate, light humor to help the mood be lighter - especially appreciated when dealing with financial side of the purchase. Lewa was fair, but not generous, when it came to approving extras that we requested with our purchase. We spent $40K and thought we would be given more of a deal on the 3M or offered the all-weather mats as part of the deal. More

We returned to West Edmonton Hyundai because my wife previously purchased her Tucson and was pleased with the service. After checking out several other dealerships I returned to West Edmonton Hyundai an previously purchased her Tucson and was pleased with the service. After checking out several other dealerships I returned to West Edmonton Hyundai and was greeted with a friendly smile by Andrei Haurylovich. He was very pleasant, helpful and patient with answering my many questions. Not once was I ever presured by him. He accompanied me on a test drive and informed me of the many options of the Sonata. The dealership was very accommodating in locating the color vehicle I wanted. On delivery Andrei spent a lot of time with us going over the new features and explaining how everything worked. He even programed our Bluetooth for us! We will highly reccomend Andrei to our friends and family who may be looking for a vehicle. The only downside was the "protection package" presented by Vance. The price was much higher than a lot of the other dealers I researched so I decided not to have West Edmonton Hyundai perform this protection on my vehicle. I walked into the dealership determined to buy a Hyundai Sonata. I swore I would never own or drive an suv, truck or minivan. Richard opened my eyes. Our sincere thanks to Justin for going the 'extra mile' this past week. My husband and I had visited with him a few weeks prior while we were searching for a 2011-12 Santa Fe; unfortunatly, not much select this past week. During those weeks we had been comparing different SUV's and actually had a deal pending at the Dealership across the street. Having driven a Santa Fe for the past five years, I wasn't absoloutely sold on the pending Equinox so we wanted to give Justin one more shot. Once again there wasn't much to choose from as I had fairly specific requirements such as dark leather and a sunroof. Unbelieveably, five hours later we were the proud owners of the manager, Lewa Seifeddine's, 2012 Santa Fe. Although we thought there was nothing on the lot, Justin was relentless and we absolutely appreciate not only his drive but his good humored dispostion throughout the very long day. Even the process of going through finance ended up being quite 'entertaining' and enjoyable thanks to both Diane and Vance. We, especially myself as I use this vehicle to deliver rural mail for Canada Post are extremely pleased with our choice. Not a lot of dashboard or gadget changes in the new 2012 but definately a big improvement in the driving and guts of the vehicle; there is a much better kick in this one! Buying a new car from this dealership was much more enjoyable then previous experiences. The team was friendly, humorous and was more then willing to work with us on the price... Andrei was refreshing and enthusiastic, I have to say that we had a lot of laughs and he was great at answering my husband's questions (there were a lot of them). Aaron and Vance were very transparent on the pricing and worked hard to get us a deal that was fair. And I have to say I have never had so much fun meeting with a finance guy and going over protection packages. What a hoot! Overall, I would recommend and return to this dealership in the future for buying a new vehicle. We did have an issue with the car when we went to pick it up and the guys were really good about fixing the issue. Thank you so much to Andrei, You really went the extra mile for us to make sure we were happy with both the car and our experience with the dealership.
