My daughter and I were both looking for new cars. Not the intense sales pressure that seemed to exist back then... I was so impressed that all dealerships did not hesitate to let me test drive a car for more than two hours as the car seat comfort was the key to my buying a car (post hip surgery discomfort ). I was able to short list the cars by just sitting in the showroom cars so i then test drove a different car every day for 5 days... No sales people accompanied me and I had the cars more than 2 hours which enabled me to decide on the best 2.. The deciding factor was the sales person and the customer service he gave.. I always made appointments with the various dealers but John was the only one that was made sure my demo car was gassed up and ready for me when I arrived. My final decision was based on the dealership and the people I dealt with..even the Finance dept, Diane was a pleasant experience... Kudos to the west end dealership...you have great staff and have created a relaxing atmosphere that customers can enjoy Iin what can be a stressful experience... More

We visited this dealership as our son had purchased his car there three years ago and he continues to receive a high level of service each time he goes and he really enjoys his Elantra. Our entire experience from our first contact with Leo to completing our sale with Richard and the final transactions with Vance was positive. We were very pleased with the level of salesmanship, the explanation of all the features on the Hyundai Tucson that we purchased as well as the price. It was also incredible that some poor soul had to go remove the licence plate from our trade-in car in the pouring rain. Richard showed his caring by moving our new car into a bay area to go over the operation and features during the storm and even offered to pull it out for us despite the rain. Each time we visited the dealership we were greeted by very friendly personnel who opened doors, offered handshakes and welcomes. More

I have always dreaded dealership experiences, but I have to say West Edmonton Hyundai and my sales person, Richard Lam changed that. I traded my 2011 Buick Regal for a 2013 Sonata Turbo Limited. I now have much more power with better gas mileage- bonus! I can honestly say I love my car. More

This is a pleasure to write! I've dealt with Westend Hyundai before and returned to "kick tires" so to speak. Richard Lam asked if he could help and I asked him about the Tuscon and the Santa Fe vehicle Hyundai before and returned to "kick tires" so to speak. Richard Lam asked if he could help and I asked him about the Tuscon and the Santa Fe vehicles I was looking at. Within a very few minutes, Richard showed me the advantage of trading to the Santa Fe ... I was half convinced anyway but had not intended to purchase a new vehicle at the time. Richard showed me the features and his eagerness to help without being pushy was much appreciated. Soon I made the decision to buy and then dealt with both Richard and Aaron to fine tune the purchase.Following negotiations with trading my other car, I was quite satisfied with the price and the rest followed naturally with Aaron assisting and then I asked what kind of deal I could get with 2 new Santa Fe vehicles! Thus a second vehicle was added and Richard went to work again along with Aaron. The clincher however for this review was Diane Carlyon as she got me through some tricky financing following a second trade in and provided the extra help I needed to buy two vehicles. So three really good people helped with this purchase of 2 Santa Fe vehicles. I will be back to this dealership in the future for other new vehicles. After closing the deal(s), Richard was instrumental in showing my wife and I many of the features of our new vehicles. He sure knows his stuff!I loved the personal service from all and the totally friendly atmosphere made this purchase easy. Thanks to all. More
