I remembered him as a friendly, patient,helpful,knowledgeable about the products,and most important of all not aggressive and pushy. Sure enough, he has not changed at all, still the same old gentle salesman. Within a short while he managed to convince me I should have Santa Fe on the top of my shopping list. Two days later I came back for test driving and close the deal. Being a buyer, of course further price reduction will be more than a welcome. We took it for a test drive and fell in love with the handling and responsiveness. We worked out a deal (Tow Package included) and feel like we got the better side of the deal. The day we piucked up the car Andrei walked us through all the features filled up the car and made absolutely sure that we were happy and that the car was in showroom condition, even to the point of sending it back to the shop for a power polish. My wife and I went with our daughter to a few dealerships to assist her in purchasing a new car. We definitely felt much more comfortable dealing with Aaron and Richard. The other two dealerships were much to assist her in purchasing a new car. We definitely felt much more comfortable dealing with Aaron and Richard. The other two dealerships were much more high pressure which we find intimidating and uncomfortable. After the purchase Richard came in on his day-off to accomodate our daughter's work schedule and also drove her to the Registry Office to obtain her car registration.
