This was a first time buy of a 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT and was one of those whim stops at the dealership. Richard Lam came out to assist me in my endeavours to purchase a new vehicle. I had not intended and was one of those whim stops at the dealership. Richard Lam came out to assist me in my endeavours to purchase a new vehicle. I had not intended to buy that very day but after Richard's hard work in analyzing my needs he came up with a solution and a vehicle that addressed all my desires. While at this dealership I also ran into my neighbor who had dealt there before, negotiating a deal on a new vehicle as well. He had nothing but accolades for the dealership and personelle. I got a great trade in for my vehicle and bought the Veracruz for a excellence deal. Way cheaper than what they offer at North Star and service is excellence. After doing some research online, I visited West Edmonton Hyundai in August with the sole objective being to test drive the Elantra Sedan (one of three vehicle makes/models I was interested in). Richard is extremely honest, hard working and not pushy. He listens to you and goes the extra mile to ensure you’re satisfied. He even came in on his day off when my car arrived and I wanted to pick it up.
