We were welcomed as we walked in and given super service from there on. Cashma took the time to show us a variety of options available in our price range giving the pros and cons of each without the high pr from there on. When we settled on our new Accent the finance staff lead by Vance took over working to get the needed approvals.Once approved all the paperwork was made ready and our vehicle prepared for us. We were offered several dealer add ons but again each was explained without all the pressure we saw elsewhere. Upon delevery everything was explained, my phone paired and the keys handed over. My husband and I visited the West Edm Hyundai dealership primarily because of its proximity to my work and to our home. Alan greeted us at the door and was very attentive to what we were looking for. He got us a very fair value for my trade-in and was transparent and non-pressuring during the sales process. Alan treated me and my husband equally, very respectfully towards us both, and unfortunately that hasn't been my experience with all sales people in our shopping process. Some people still think women know nothing about cars but Alan and all the other folks we dealt with had absolutely no issues. Diane Carlyon was our finance manager and she was very friendly and helpful. We bought an in-stock model and there was a slight delay the next day while the winter tires were being switched over from my old car. Brian Dawson noticed our delay and went the extra mile to make sure that everything was done to our satisfaction. I do have to go back to the dealership to get the final accessories but I have no reservations about that. Thank you for a great experience so far! More

They are very transparent about the total and final cost of the vehicle and exactly how it was calculated. Have you ever been to a dealership and you ask for a price and they come back to you with a monthly payment instead? Then you get all excited because it's within your monthly budget? Well, I would bring a calculator if I were you. That dealership is probably overcharging you for the vehicle and making the payments look small because it's over 96 months! You will not be getting that sort of treatment from West Edmonton Hyundai. From the beginning, they will tell you how much the vehicle is going to cost including what's included (oil changes, etching, mats, etc...) and any other additional cost they much charge for selling the vehicle (a/c taxes, tire taxes, tag fees, etc).. Then they show you how they calculate the monthly payments for 48, 60, 72 or 84 months. In addition, they are knowledgeable, friendly and they RESPECT your time! No back and forth about anything (unlike other dealerships) and they are quick at getting back to you. In addition, they give you a fair trade value for your car and there is no BS whatsoever. We dealt with Richard Lam and he was very polite, friendly and trustworthy. I highly recommend this salesperson. You will not regret buying your vehicle from this dealership. More
