We recently took advantage of Hyundai`s Upgrade Program. We took in our 2007 Hyundai Sonata, and traded it in on a 2012 Hyundai Sonata. Our sales person was Richard Lam. I have been looking for a new SUV for over 3 months and have dealt with numerous salespeople and dealerships. West Ed Hyundai was by far the best. I found Alan in particular to be very knowledgeable and have dealt with numerous salespeople and dealerships. West Ed Hyundai was by far the best. I found Alan in particular to be very knowledgeable and fair. There was no pressure at all from him and he really did do his best to give me a fair deal. Likewise, my experience with both Aaron and Vance was great as well. The only downside to my experience was Krystal (the second finance manager I dealt with). To be fair it was her first or second day at the dealership. However, she was pushy, rude, condescending and I almost walked out of the dealership after having to deal with her. Had it not been for the other professional, knowledgeable and courteous sales team members I had dealt with I probably would have left at that point. I highly recommend Alan, Aaron and Vance for financing, but do avoid Krystal if you can. Thanks Alan, Aaron and Vance! More

My husband and I went to West Edmonton Hyundai for service work in December and ended up trading in our 2005 Santa Fe AWD for a new 2012 Vera Cruz AWD. The dealership was offering fantastic year end service work in December and ended up trading in our 2005 Santa Fe AWD for a new 2012 Vera Cruz AWD. The dealership was offering fantastic year end savings on their remaining 2012 vehicles. Included in the sale we will receive free oil changes on our new vehicle as long as we own it. The salesman we dealt with was Richard Lam and Sales Manger, Brian Dawson and Finance Manager, Vance Yue all were there to make our trade-in and new purchase a excellent experience. She got dropped into a situation that was not ideal and she made the best of it. Was very pleasant and nice even under pressure and stress. The delivery of my truck was a bit of a mess. Cory had an unexpected delivery (clients can in, bought a car and took it on the spot). He there for had two delivers at once. A bit more backup and team playing on that would have been good.
