We started looking for a new car several months ago,..not certain what we even wanted. We started at West End Hyundai and spent an entire afternoon with a sales man who never rushed us and showed us several certain what we even wanted. We have been to several dealers since then but have yet to decide on a vehicle. We ended up back at Hyundai yesterday afternoon as overall, we have been most impressed with the Hyundai Sante Fe and wanted to re-test drive. We met a different sales person this time that heightened the experience we had already had. Richard Lam greeted us at the door with a huge hello and an even bigger smile. He listened to what we wanted and was quick to show us what he felt would be the best choice for us. Not only was he friendly but he was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about his product. We learned more things about the Sante Fe safety features, driving features and overall much more about the car than on our first visit. He is very pleasant to deal with and works very hard to earn your business. The only reason we did not purchase that particular day is we are not quite financially ready but we will tell you, that as soon as we are, we will return to West End Hyundai, purchase the Sante Fe and purchase it through Richard Lam. We were very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend this dealership and in particular this sales person to help you find your next vehicle. More

I was looking for a used car and Richard showed me some that met my criteria. I instantly fell in love with a black Hyundai Elantra and took it for a spin. My Husband & I stopped by to look at options for a new SUV.
