After checking a number of different dealerships on our "list" we stopped at the West Edmonton Hyundai to look at the Santa Fe, a vehicle we were both very interested in. We were greeted by Alan Sugiyama, "list" we stopped at the West Edmonton Hyundai to look at the Santa Fe, a vehicle we were both very interested in. We were greeted by Alan Sugiyama, and spent quite a bit of time with him learning about the Santa Fe, and taking one for a test drive. As we didn't have the vehicle we were trading in with us (we live 500 km. from Edmonton) we decided to purchase the Santa Fe, and put a deposit on the one we wanted. We were given an "estimated" trade in value on our vehicle, and upon our return to the dealership with our trade-in a week later, they honoured the trade-in that they had originally said. Alan spent a lot of time with us going over every aspect of the vehicle before we drove it off the lot, which made us feel very comfortable driving it in the city. It was a very friendly experience, and we have been recommending West Edmonton Hyundai to all of our friends. I would like to add that we have been loyal Toyota owners for the last 35+ years, and I was very apprehensive switching companies, but I am very very happy with our new vehicle. We took our 2009 Accent in this morning for a recall notice and got visiting with Allan Sugiyama. Allan answered all of our questions and discusseed the benefits of buying a new vehicle. We ended up purchasing a 2013 Tuscon and could not be happier with our deal and our salesman. This is the reason why we have given such a high rating. In our opinion Allan is knowledgable about Hyundai vehicles and is a very good salesman.This is our second experience with West Ed Hyundai and both times we were given a room so that we would not have to be driving late at night and we really appreciate that as it takes us 7 to 8 hours to get home.
