Professional and Friendly Had good experiences on two past occasions and decided to return to the dealership after test driving some other brands in the same price range. Met withLloyd Osler who was helping out a coworker. Discussed the vehicle needs and options and decided on one to test drive. Lloyd gave me a lot of information and never made me feel rushed with anything we were doing. Left later with all brands to consider. Contacted later by Lloyd to see what if anything we decided and met later in the week. He went out of his way to meet at my convenience. After much discussion with Lloyd and a sales manager we arrived at a deal. Nice to do almost all the negotiating with only Lloyd present. Found all other staff friendly and well informed. Only ever had one small issue with service and they have been very good on all other occasions. Have dealt with two sales people and would certainly return. Not sure of the associate that assisted Lloyd with the sale so I’m not setting a name for evaluation. He was very pleasant as well and for the time spent would at least get 4 star rating. More

She was very pushy and made me feel as though I was a lower person by not performing these services. I think I will take my vehicle to a different Hyundai dealership for service in the future. Wish that dealerships kept more honest staff around. More

But from the moment both Ocean Olshin and Alan Sugiyama introduced there to selves to us I knew they were going to make getting her the car a breeze. These two gentlemen were not only able to get her the car she wanted with every option she requested in a short period of time but they were able to keep her relaxed and laughing throughout the process. And for that i would like thank these two gentlemen for making getting her the vehicle much easier then buying groceries with her. More
