He was super fast and efficient and got back to me with all the information I needed (including the trade in value of my old car) just a couple of hours after I first spoke to him. I was shuttled to my destination by a lovely young lady, and picked up again when my vehicle was ready. My vehicle was washed on the outside, and the front mats washed to get rid of the winter grime and perhaps even vacuumed front carpet, not sure, but it really looked clean!!!
