Thank you for taking the time to post about your recent experience at our dealership. We apologize that there was a miscommunication with our advisor. We have had a conversation with him, as we generally keep our test drive vehicles in the front row as most customers aren’t quite sure which model they are interested in and this helps us to keep the kilometers at a minimum on the newer vehicles, particularly with the RAV4 being a very popular model and most people who purchase a new vehicle want to drive it off the lot with 10km or less. We find a good test drive takes about half an hour and as you can appreciate would place a lot of kilometers on the new vehicles. Our sales manager Gord had wanted to come and speak with you after our sales person told him what happened but you had left the lot by the time that he was able to come out. We do apologize for the inconvenience and have used this situation as a learning opportunity. LOL...Um, ok...no, unfortunately I am NOT confusing your dealership with the one in California. Pretty funny you'd think this but not suprised. This DID happen. Absolutely 100% guaranteed. It was shameful. I completely stand behind my remarks. Just because it didn't happen last week, doesn't mean it didn't happen. It did. I've never ever, in my life, ever posted something of this nature. No point really. I was compelled to. Not looking for a handout here, just some recognition on how I was treated. I called to have my rad hose repaired immediately and the women said I had to book an appointment for a screw up caused by your apprentice mechanic. Ridiculous. Ruined my fan. Lost my lock nut, had to keep my truck until you could locate another. Ridiculous. Service manager said we're all human and make mistakes. Ridiculous. This happened. Maybe you have different employees now. New manger? This did happen. Say what you want.
