The day we picked the vehicle up, Charlie spent over an hour with my wife going over every feature of the vehicle to make certain she was familiarized with it before driving it. The finance, insurance and first representative i talked to was absolutely horrible i felt like they were overly pushy and was rude to me because i was a younger client buying a brand new car. Fortunately the amazing personable sales person made up for the crappy experience i had. More
