I have been looking for about a year and I have hated every dealership that I went to. Most dealerships are pushy and make you feel like you don't want to be there. West Coast KIA is different. Tyler worked hard to get me what I wanted for a price that would work for me. They are warm, welcoming and focus on what you want, not pushing you into something you don't. I LOVE my Kia Sportage and these guys are the best! I completely recommend going here! More

Stellar service! I was in for my 1,000 km. new car service. At that time, it was noticed that there was an issue with the cover of one of the tail-lights. After disc I was in for my 1,000 km. new car service. At that time, it was noticed that there was an issue with the cover of one of the tail-lights. After discussion, Harki took a picture of the problem to send to KIA. Very soon after, I received a call to come in to have the cover replaced. I was very pleased and impressed that this issue was attended to in such a fast and efficient manner. Thank you to Harki for the great service and to the young man (Dale) who did such a good job of washing and cleaning my car! Absolutely Fantastic I went into the dealership to help a friend out with getting a cheaper payment on a smaller car & I drove off the lot a 2015 Kia Optima! Our sales man RJ was absolutely AWESOME, super helpful, patient & understanding of our needs.
