Good start...typical finish Had to update my review after I finished my dealings with this dealership. Unfortunately, it appears I was "sales" again by a dealership. Great effort Had to update my review after I finished my dealings with this dealership. Unfortunately, it appears I was "sales" again by a dealership. Great effort to get you to buy a car, but once you leave the lot, cracks in their post sales service appeared right away. I had to return to the dealership to receive the outstanding parts to my newly purchased vehicle (they didn't have them in stock when I purchased the car), and this was a 40km+ trip. Unfortunately, despite assuring me they would compensate me for having to come all the way out there again for the piece, they did not, and I was told I would have to install the part myself. In the end, the sales person did help me install the part at least. I also wanted to buy a mat for the car after that, and when I asked them for the price (their best, of course, considering I would have to drive out again), they quoted me a price and implied it was their discounted price for me. However, double checking with the local KIA dealer to me, they quoted me the "discounted" price as the regular price of the item...without even asking for a deal. Anyway, not the worst car shopping experience in the world, but I will simply be going to the local dealer now for any service issues. More

I have been looking for about a year and I have hated every dealership that I went to. Most dealerships are pushy and make you feel like you don't want to be there. West Coast KIA is different. Tyler worked hard to get me what I wanted for a price that would work for me. They are warm, welcoming and focus on what you want, not pushing you into something you don't. I LOVE my Kia Sportage and these guys are the best! I completely recommend going here! More
