Denys was super helpful, friendly and was ready to get down to business not dance around. He had to stay late for me but didn't have an attitude about it. The finance, insurance and first representative i talked to was absolutely horrible i felt like they were overly pushy and was rude to me because i was a younger client buying a brand new car. Fortunately the amazing personable sales person made up for the crappy experience i had. More

The staff really do work hard here but I’ve noticed that service is more excellent when your vehicle is newer. Once my car turned 5, I’ve waited longer for service appointments and only the basic services service is more excellent when your vehicle is newer. Once my car turned 5, I’ve waited longer for service appointments and only the basic services are done. At my last service, the two requests I made were not noted anywhere. All I asked for is for the wipers to be replaced and for an estimate for the trade in value as I may be upgrading my vehicle soon. Hopefully this was a one time occurrence and they will be better organized on my next visit. I know it’s not easy with all these restrictions to keep us all happy. Keep trying! More
