Fast service. I expected them to have the vehicle for days, not hours and it was appreciated that the fix was just an update, rather than expensive parts changes. This is my second five star rating for West Coast Ford. My first was a few years ago when they helped me get out of a bind and squeezed me in to their busy schedule so i could make a trip i had planned. I've been coming here for years and they never disappoint me. The staff in service ( Anthony and Eric ) are professional, friendly and courteous. I had my timing chain replaced and they said they couldn't get it in till the week after but would try if there's a spot available. They had my truck fixed in 3 days and for a 13 hour job plus having to order parts that's fast. There's something to be said about bringing your vehicle to a reputable dealer and being able to trust them 100%. I can't thank them enough, I will absolutely bring my vehicle back the next time I need work done. More
