I now have no warranty on my new vehicle and no money to purchase one. I’m very unimpressed with there customer service. Cut corners for profit and no satisfaction to customer Had a new 2010 F150 XTR. Bought the prepaid service package. Had 30000km in 3.5 years. Had EFI fail and had to have it replaced on warranty. Replaceme Had a new 2010 F150 XTR. Bought the prepaid service package. Had 30000km in 3.5 years. Had EFI fail and had to have it replaced on warranty. Replacement was successful. Flipped the truck for a Lincoln MKX elsewhere. When I was looking to replace, they sourced an overpriced Escape Titanium and would only let me see the vehicle if i ponied up $500 deposit. I told them I would only put a deposit on a vehicle if i intended to buy it. During the service history of my F150, i always came back with service report in the green. But I know there never really checked everything due to aforementioned EFI issue. And i also caught them dead to rights taking shortcuts. I had aftermarket wheels with a spline wrench and mated lugs. I had forgotten to provide the spline wrench (this has a unique pattern. without it, you can't remove the lugs and you certainly can't torque them back on). So imagine my surprise when they had, despite being phsycially unable to remove my wheels, told me that they had checked the brakes, rotated the tires; all impossible to accomplish. I asked them about it and they provided me with lies about having a special wrench. I called Ford Canada and they said i needed to remedy with the in-house customer satisfaction rep. I called her and she was unwilling to investigate. So yeh. Buy from them if you can get the best deal. Then find another service department to throw residual profit to. I rate a 2 because i think the work they actually did was good quality. But they definately cut corners if my EFI was blowing up at only 30k Km. And the tires. PS My neighbor is a mechanic and he looked and confirmed from the treadwear, that those tired never left the hubs from the day they rolled off the line. More
Excellent My truck had broke down a week before along weekend and I promised my kids I'd take them camping of course the timing is perfect so I called WestCoast My truck had broke down a week before along weekend and I promised my kids I'd take them camping of course the timing is perfect so I called WestCoast and spoke to Eric in service and he told me they were booked solid for a week since it was the long weekend approaching. BUT! he told me if I could drop my truck off and leave it there someone with an already booked appointment may cancel and they'd fit me in. They called me a day later and told me my water pump needed replacing and they could have me on the road before the weekend. I've always dealt with Eric and this is exactly why I'm a repeat customer. He and staff are knowledgeable, understanding and actually care which is why I wrote this review. Other dealers should take notes. More

Always knowledgeable, friendly and driven to exceed customer service expectations the staff here have treated me well before, during and after the servicing of my F-150. To date I have had quite a number of maintenance repairs done on my vehicle to my satisfaction. Their staff are very well trained and experienced, as would be expected at a manufacturer dealership. The pricing is competitive with independent service centres and the attention to detail is evident in the way they perform their work. I will continue to bring my vehicle into their service department in the future and recommend their service department to any Ford owner. More
