I had problems with a buzzing sub-woofer on my 2021 escape titanium hybrid, a design flaw that others have had, but with a lot of ingenuity they fixed it. This was not an easy fix as I read from others on the internet that they had to go back to their dealership many times. As I read, this problem started with the 2020 escape. Ford should have corrected it as it takes up to 4 hours for a dealership to fix it. Vibrating clips and no damping contributed to this problem. I can now listen to my music and it sounds great. More

Messed up my Sync - not thorough service. They replaced my Sync module. 2 weeks later periodic fails began where the voice recognition and Guidance audio fails / does not get ready. For 13 mon They replaced my Sync module. 2 weeks later periodic fails began where the voice recognition and Guidance audio fails / does not get ready. For 13 months I've left them the vehicle 6 times to troubleshoot but all they do is check for new updates. I cannot say if they are not competent or if it is a FORD software issue, but their inability to address the issue and unwillingness to replace the Sync shows their level of service. On a separate occasion I asked them to check a low tire pressure warning, but got the vehicle back as 'no issue' just to find a fat nail in the thread.
