I have purchased 5 Dodge/Chrysler vehicles from Wellington Motors over past 23 years. The purchasing experience has always been excellent but the main reason I keep returning to this dealership is Wellington Motors over past 23 years. The purchasing experience has always been excellent but the main reason I keep returning to this dealership is the quality of the work and the professional attitude of the Service Department starting with the Service Advisers and following thru to the Service Techs. The Service Advisers always explain what is required and the vehicle is always ready when promised at the quoted price. When I have had to take a vehicle in with an unknown problem, the Service Techs have always determined the problem and the required remedial work on the first try. More

There was no pressure which was a huge deal for us! We would, and have already, recommended her to friends and family who are also looking to purchase a vehicle in the near future. Amazing service all around! Brad was also fantastic! He took his time to explain things to us, and made sure we were kept up to date throughout the whole process. He was able to talk my wife into getting an extended warranty-which she had made very clear was never going to happen based on poor previous experiences! Kudos! Parts and labour are inherently expensive at this dealer like at any OEM dealer, but because of good service advisors & mechanics the value received for money spent is usually very good. More

James Lee was excellent, attentive and followed up on his phone calls. Andrew helped me out with getting the financing and that was a huge part of the deal otherwise I wouldn't have been able to afford the v phone calls. We had a fantastic experience right from the beginning. Franco came out to greet us and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. After the test drive Franco went through almost all of the operating systems and options. My wife purchased her first vehicle from Ray 20 years ago but it was my first time meeting him. I found Ray to be extremely outgoing and personable. Ray didn’t just ask us what we wanted; he took the time to talk to us so he knew us and knew what we were looking for. I’ve wanted a Jeep Wrangler since I was a kid, so to say I was excited about finally owning one is an understatement, but Ray made me feel like he was just as excited for me. Ray went out of his way to make us feel welcome and show that he appreciated our business. My wife and I purchased a 2011 Caravan last year at another dealership, but since our great experience with Ray, we will now be driving the extra 20 minutes to have that vehicle serviced at Wellington Motors as well. Dave went far above and beyond the level of service I was expecting, returning emails within minutes (even when I sent one out at midnight!), and adjusting personal plans to accommodate us.
