Horrible company! This company is horrible and they tried to take advantage of me as a young single women. I went in to Wellington motors and I seen Karen Fozard. I was This company is horrible and they tried to take advantage of me as a young single women. I went in to Wellington motors and I seen Karen Fozard. I was looking for a jeep wrangler. She took me to the back car lot where they keep their cars that need a lot of work done on them. Keep in mind I am not a mechanic and I know nothing about cars. Also Karen did not inform me that the back of the lot was for the cars that needed more work to be done on them. (A manager after when I was upset told me about that) So She showed me a jeep and pretended that they had just got it in the night before. I looked at the jeep and I noticed quite a bit of rust on it and in it and when I asked her about it she said 'all cars have rust on them' and yes she seen the rust that was in the inside of the jeep. Karen and I also noticed a crack on the windshield that she said she would have her guys fix for me. The seats in the jeep were really stained and the car was extremely dirty. She continued to say the jeep would be clean and shampooed for me. I test drove the car and I was interested as she said they would fix and clean everything in the car. She then told me that this jeep was about $18,000. I agreed and signed for the jeep. Karen then went away on vacation so she had me go through another sales rep Andrew. Karen said they would have the jeep ready in 3-4 days. The jeep was not certified or safetied and Karen said she would not do that until my money from the bank came through. I continued to talked to another man named Andrew who was the most rudest person I have ever spoken to. I would ask him questions about how the safety was coming along if they have started it yet and his reply to my questions were always 'no' 'yup' 'ok' he never answer me in a sentence like a normal human being does. He Never answered any of my questions and always said he was 'busy' yes he actually would tell me he was 'busy'. Andrew would say he would call me And never did. then after a day of that kind of customer service I started to get suspicious of this company. I decided to talk to a manager who gave me some answers. he said they would start to safety the jeep. That manager also told me about how the back of the lot was all the cars that needed a lot of work which is where that jeep came from. At that point I emailed Karen as she was on vacation still and I said ' they are gonna work on the jeep can you tell them that you agreed to fix the windshield as it has a crack in it?' Karen then replied to me 'yeah the windshield does have a crack in it, we'll just see what the safety says' at that point I knew this company was jerking me around. I went in and told them I was gonna take it to my mechanic. When I went to Wellington motors to take the jeep to my mechanic Wellington Motors told me that there was something leaking in the jeep but they would 'fix it with a kit' obviously that also is concerning that they would try to use a kit on something that needed to be replaced completely. When my mechanic looked at the jeep he was shocked that they would try to sell me such a piece of junk jeep and said everything in it needed to be replaced and this jeep was not worth $18,000. So much for a trusted company! He also said that they could shampoo it but none of the stains would come out as they were from oil and cigarette stained. He also said the car was very rusty inside and out. My mechanic told me to not take the jeep and to bring it back to Wellington Motors. I went back to Wellington motors almost in tears. I talked to the owner and I said I wanted out of the contract he agreed and they did let me out of the contract. I would not recommend this company. They lie, are rude and they tried to take advantage of me! More

Fantastic!!! Mark Weber was great to deal with, very friendly , down to earth, easy to talk to. I did not feel like I was being rushed or pressured into anything. WOW WHAT A JEEP This is my first experience with Wellington Motor. I had asked for a quote on-line and received it Via E-mail from Marina Cal within a few hours (awe This is my first experience with Wellington Motor. I had asked for a quote on-line and received it Via E-mail from Marina Cal within a few hours (awesome system). After I received the quote it took almost 2 months for me to decide what type of vehicle that I wanted, and even after all that time when I showed up to talk to Marina she remembered the RFQ (or at least made me feel like she did). I had my vehicle built specificly for me with some extra add-ons (as I'm on the road ALOT). Marina made some suggestions that I thought I would never really need and yet after driving the new Jeep Cherokee I am SO GLAD that she did. I buy a new vehicle every 3-4 years and Marina Cal has made me a customer for life. Wellington Fiance department is second to none. Dealing with Shawn Jones was not only seamless it was painless. When it came to getting the jeep ready for me I had asked for alot. With the help of Shawn and Marina I had all my insurance and licencing taken care of REALLY fast and was able to drive the vehicle off the lot with Minimal wait time.
