Amazing Service! After a bad car accident I had contacted Jeff, and told him I needed to find a car asap! I had a limited budget and thought I would have to settle wit After a bad car accident I had contacted Jeff, and told him I needed to find a car asap! I had a limited budget and thought I would have to settle with a small car that would fit the budget but wouldn't fit my lifestyle. Jeff immediately put me at ease and reassured me he would find me the perfect vehicle in my 2 week time frame. He showed me around some cars and could tell I was really looking for something bigger. Jeff remained positive and told me he would find me the right vehicle, so we started looking at different options and he didn't stop until he finally found the perfect SUV. He was going to get me into a brand new 2016 Dodge Journey without the huge SUV payment I was expecting. So I went into the dealership to sign the papers, but to my surprise Jeff had said he found a new SUV that was just traded in with a better warranty, came with two sets of tires, was a better model, sat 7 people not 5 and it was less money with a better finance rate, and he thought I should just take a look. Jeff searched even when I thought it was a done deal just to help me find the best option, and he did it. I drove away only 3 days later with a cleaned, serviced new to me SUV for such a low payment that I couldn't believe I even contemplated a little car. Jeff made this whole process so easy and found me exactly what I wanted. Karen who helped with the finance portion made it so simple and straight forward especially for purchasing my first new vehicle. She replied through email within the hour and contacted my insurance company for me, so I didn't have to set up anything! I couldn't imagine going anywhere else to buy a vehicle and I would definitely recommend Jeff to family, friends and even strangers. He's an honest guy who is also hilarious and would do anything to help someone find a reliable vehicle. He even helped me look up comparables on the vehicle I had my accident in, so I would be informed when I had to talk to the insurance company about reimbursement. He was amazing! More
