Waverley Mitsubishi

We purchased out of province and had great experience with the dealer there. Since coming to Winnipeg we went to the closest dealer for both our cars and the experience was horrible. Brake service took d with the dealer there. Since coming to Winnipeg we went to the closest dealer for both our cars and the experience was horrible. Brake service took double the quoted time, the service dept didn't pick up the phone for 6 tries when we were trying to get the courtesy van, and then the van didn't show up. We tried again with our second Mitsubishi and the experience was better but they changed the price on the block heater we were having installed and did not bring it to our attention. I will be going elsewhere. More

When we walked in we were instantly welcomed and acknowledged. The sales staff is very friendly and not pushy at all. I would not buy from them again. Sales guy was super nice and helpful until a deal was finalized.
