2014 T&C transmission noisy, in for repair two times Pat and Gerry were very accommodating but that did not solve the issue. Noise worse then before I brought it in the first time. Still under warranty but Chrysler seems unwilling to let the dealership properly repair it and eliminate the constant noise, which after awhile is VERY IRRITATING. I am a very unhappy customer and will not be buying another Chrysler product after several in the past few years. Pat and Gerry have tried their best but what is an unhappy customer to do! More

Great Staff = Great Servive I recently had my 2013 Dart Ltd in for a recall and Hands Free issues with the car phone / infotainment centre. I woke up grumpy that morning... when I recently had my 2013 Dart Ltd in for a recall and Hands Free issues with the car phone / infotainment centre. I woke up grumpy that morning... when I was greeted by Pat Pitura - his wonderful attitude, demeanor and concern for my issues melted away both my grumpiness and concerns. He cheerfully took care of my concerns. They did the recall and I needed a Hands Free Module, which he checked and was covered under warranty. The part was ordered and I returned a few days later and had the ordered module installed. It fixed my hands free issues but the odometer was flashing when I returned home. When I arrived for this appointment - Pat was his usual cheery self as I explained now the engine light was on. He explained both fixes to me. The flashing odometer was a glitch of replacing the hands free module and the engine light issue was a TSB fix... All in all a pleasurable experience. More

Duke listened to what I was looking for I had a very good experience dealing with Duke and other staff at Waverley when buying my 2017 Grand Caravan. Duke listened to what I was looking for and showed me a wide variety of vehicles. He was able to give me lots of options, without trying to upsell me with features I didn't need. He also took the time to explain and show me many of the features when I picked up the van (like setting up my phone with the hands-free system). Mark in Finance explained all of the financial aspects of the purchase really well and also didn't pressure all of the extras that I didn't feel I needed. He also provided a fair resolution to the one problem that arose. This would have been a 5 star review except for the one problem that Mark ultimately found a solution for. The weekend I bought the van included an extra incentive that was explained to me as an additional "cash rebate" upon the purchase I made. When we were completing all of the financing details, I was told that it was actually rebates to go toward an extended warranty package. To me, it was clear that the rebate was to be cash given the comments made by the person (someone who was not staff at the dealership, but from an outside entity) who was running the special program over the weekend. As I said above, Mark found a mutually agreeable solution so ultimately I was satisfied with my experience. More
