Had to stop there for a transmission problem for my RV. Took an appointement for friday morning and left the vehicule there. They gave me all sorts of reason to not look at it. Ken looked after my service this morning, I waited in the dealership while my truck was being serviced expecting to wait an hour, it was done in 25 minutes.
