This is the worst dealership that I have ever dealt with and I am 67 years old. They decided from head office and told me that they would rebuild my engine (because it was poorly manufactured) gave me a pri and I am 67 years old. Almost 8 months later and continued back and forth of the poor quality of the repair, they gave in and said they just don't know what is wrong and offered me the same credit I paid for the repairs on me buying a new Volvo. Assume they think I am stupid!! They basically told me to take a hike and go elsewhere because their service department simple admitted they don't know what the problem is and can't fix it,,,,, no matter what the cost. Never ever go to this disaster, they can change you oil at double the price and unless under warranty they charge you double the market rate!!!! More

Horrific experience with the service department. In short, they got into an accident with my car (when picked up for service). They also did not call me to let me know this happened. 3 months later I received a letter from the local police department stating my car (with someone in a Volvo Oakville shirt/hat) was in a 'failure to remain on scene of an accident'. When we contacted them they were completely dismissive. Gave a number of excuses and kept saying there wasn't any damage so it didn't matter. This escalated all the way up to the owner and the complete lack of accountability continued. In the end, I spent hours speaking to the police department, dealing with insurance issues and a lawyer. Zero acknowledgement or an attempt to rectify the problem. Unbelievably unethical, gross behaviour by grown men. Do better. More

I recently had the opportunity to visit the Oakville Volvo Service Department for warranty work on my 2013 xc60 purchased a number a years ago at the Oakville location. Absolutely disgusting and unethical behaviour and treatment by the Sales Manager. After 13 days my “new” vehicle had multiple issues that the Sales Manager implied was the “standard” performance and treatment by the Sales Manager. His condescending tone and rude remarks was extremely unprofessional, he stated that his decision was final and there was no one higher than him than God. Importable! Dishonest. Condescending. Once you sign, they really don’t give a xxxx. Suggest another dealership. More

I have never experienced worse customer service. I requested a winter wheel package in September, and had to follow-up 5 times and threaten to go elsewhere before it was installed 2 1/2 months late I requested a winter wheel package in September, and had to follow-up 5 times and threaten to go elsewhere before it was installed 2 1/2 months later. The service manager did not properly invoice the fleet company at the time and the vehicle has since been sold to me and they are demanding I pay when they made the error, they are now holding my summer wheels hostage in an attempt to retrieve the used winter wheel package to make up for their error. More
