You missdiagnosed issue with my car an that cost me 1800. 00 ..you apparently tested everything and decided the problem was the starter while saying the battery was testing ok. The issue came back and it trie 00 ..you apparently tested everything and decided the problem was the starter while saying the battery was testing ok. The issue came back and it tried to make appointment with you an was told to wait 3 weeks. Ao i took thw car to a different place and they tested battery and it came back as faulty.. was replaced and no problem at all .. I am highly disappointed. I will file official complaint, however , it is good to post it here for other people to know you cannot be trusted. More
