A wholly positive experience all around and I'd recommend stopping in to Victoria VW as it's a very low pressure sales environment in my opinion! More

Best service I've received I dealt with Allan and Brad, who were both friendly, professional, and easy going. Allan took the time to show me around the e-golf from top to bottom and let me know about the additional services that VW Victoria offers - car cleaning on Saturdays, complete with coffee. To test this out - I went down last Saturday, brought the car in (no hassle) and had a cup of coffee. Allan and Brad both swung by to say hi and ask how it was going. The big thing was - they did this with everyone. Great atmosphere and a lock on getting me back in the next time I need a car. Thank you! More

In addition, we were treated to a level of customer service that felt almost luxurious. We still have trouble believing we got what we wished for.
