He was direct and accommodating and happy to meet my needs with excellent, respectful service. Had a great test drive and they were happy to offer what I wanted for my trade in. The car they showed me was even better than expected on viewing and test driving it. They will not budge on price though, which was a little disappointing, but the car really was excellent. As they wouldn't take an offer, in the time I rang my wife to check she was okay with the deal, the car was unfortunately sold to another customer who had looked at it directly after me. I missed it by a few minutes, entirely my fault really. I would still highly recommend this dealership. More

Recently, VW offered us the opportunity to end our lease early (3 months in fact) in order to take advantage of some limited time offers on the new 2016 Golf. We drove away happy in a new 4 x door white Golf with ultra low financing. To bend the rules I'll use names here today. Our Salesmen was Brent, Brent was easy going, honest, knowledgeable, helpful, and to our surprise, Brent didn't use obvious leverage avenues to push a sale, it was a very comfortable experience for us. You will find this to be a typical trait for the sales staff at VW Victoria. The second name is Daniel, Daniel is part of the management team. Daniel did what it took to guarantee that my wife and I drove away knowing that we received the best deal possible. In conclusion, My wife and I have a high quality car, every aspect of the car suits our needs and wish lists. We were able to take advantage of special offers as well as ultra low financing by getting out of our lease 3 months early. We drove away 100% satisfied - this all because of the Management and Sales staff at VW Victoria. Unreasonable waits I went to the dealer to buy replacement keys. $500 for two, plus $60 to code them. Cost more than a cell phone and does much less. Was told it couldn't stat until after lunch time. So why make an appointment for 11:30? I asked if I could run errands and come back after lunch, they said yes, and made another appointment for 1. Came back and was told it's another 1 1/2 hour wait! Stupid bloated system. More
