Prior to my encounter with Greg I had been aggressively shopping for a vehicle and I have met with many other sales reps that used all kinds of dirty tactics to grab every penny off you. Greg is the remaining 1% of the honest, customer orientated good salesperson you will come across. I can tell Greg is a very efficient person. Within hours he was able to provide me with all the information i want (vehicle availability, pricing). I could be able to reach him anytime to inquire about any additional information. My greatest praise on Greg is that he will not give you any BS, he straight up told me that the fees that could be waived from the contact, he was also able to give me the price that fits my budget without going back and forth. My experience has been smooth since the first email he sent me, and during the entire time I did not feel pressured at all by him and all the other staff in Richmond Hill VW. I drove nearly an hour and a half be I bought a 2016 GTI earlier this year from Richmond Hill Volkswagen and, simply put, the experience was terrible. I drove nearly an hour and a half because they were advertising a decent deal on their website for the car I wanted. When I decided to buy, the salesman argued with me that the sale did not apply, despite having a hard copy taken from their website that said otherwise. He finally agreed to honour the advertised price; however, this situation was followed by many others. In summary, they were deceitful, unprofessional and rude. Will not return or recommend this dealership in the future. More

AC problem I brought my brand new Jetta in to check on the AC, and was greeted by a parts employee who had a lot of attitude. The encounter didn't feel personal at all, and my questions were answered in a way that made me feel very uncomfortable, almost as if I was intruding. The employee also gossiped loudly about my case with her coworkers, not realizing I was sitting in the waiting area. Later in the day, I asked for my car diagnosis to be sent to my email, and felt the phone conversation was unpleasant and had a lot of annoyance on the other line. The email also took a while to be sent. I felt the attitude was very unprofessional and not welcoming. I ended up bringing my car in to the Don Valley VW dealership for repair, and was happy with their service. More
