I am in the process of getting my eGolf from VW Midtown, and all I can say is WOW. There are number of aspects to my experience so far which blew me away and restored my faith that there still are great, and honest dealership and car salesman. I had the pleasure of dealing with Cameron, by far the most kind, patient, and friendly representative I have worked with. I first contacted him regarding an eGolf, and even though he knew the car will not be here for a while, he treated me with nothing but courtesy and respect. I have bugged him a bunch by checking up on the status of vehicle and price, but every single time he treated me with respect, and made me feel welcome. I have experienced being brushed off by number of VW sales people in other dealerships when asked about eGolf but Cameron was extremely helpful and friendly. I will be sure to refer all my friends and family to him as I am certain he will treat them very well. Now to the dealership, unlike almost ALL OTHER VW dealerships, Midtown is not greedy. Let me collaborate, it feels as if they care about their customers and dont see them solely as $$$$$. The reason I say this is because they made an exception for me which allowed me to be able to purchase the vehicle, and I do highly appreciate it. This to me shows a clear contrast between dealerships who want their customers to return and those who are in business for instant quick buck at any cost. Thank you management for doing this and I assure you, this deed though may seem insignificant will bring you a lot of my referrals.
Cameron and VW MidTown have shown exemplary customer service and I would definitely recommend them to all my friends, family and coworkers. (10/10). I will update the review with photos of my car once I pick up.
