Not so though at Victoria Hyundai, their staff specifically Tristan (salesman) Indy (salesman) and Bruce the numbers guy made our experience feel as though we were just a group of friends hanging out having fun talking about the days events. They shared their own personal experiences of themselves with us and had a sense of humor that can be matched with no other dealership. Their approach made us feel comfortable and at ease while getting all the necessary information we needed on the vehicle we wanted. Because of their magical work with the numbers we were able to get 2015 Ltd model Elantra at the price range we were comfortable with. We left with a car but both my wife and I left feeling like we had made some new friends and looked forward to doing business with them again. Hyundai Victoria should be the template for all other dealerships to follow. More

Fantastic experience when buying my first vehicle I had my heart set on a Toyota Prius C, but was feeling uneasy about the financial commitment. So when Jody emailed me to remind me of an appointment I had my heart set on a Toyota Prius C, but was feeling uneasy about the financial commitment. So when Jody emailed me to remind me of an appointment I had completely forgotten about, I decided to make my way over to see what Hyundai had to offer. And I am very glad I did! Jody was very attentive to what I was looking for in a vehicle, and made sure to show me only the vehicles within the monthly payments I was wanting to make, which I greatly appreciated because it's not something I would have expected from a car salesman. He was knowledgeable about the product and was able to effectively explain the differences and similarities to help me make an informed decision. After leaving the dealership, it took me less than an hour to decide that I wanted to get the Hyundai Accent GL and went right back to the dealership to tell Jody he'd be selling me my first car. Since I was a newbie at the process, both Jody and Bruce were very helpful in walking me through the steps and making sure I understood what was happening, as well as making sure I was very happy with my purchase. I am thrilled with my purchase and the high quality of customer service and friendliness I received at the dealership by everyone I encountered. I would most definitely recommend them, and specifically Jody, to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. More
