Steve in the Service Department took his time to ask me some questions and then explain the different options I had. He then set me up with a service package that covered all of my car's needs and at a far lower cost than I thought my bill would be! Additionally, I had told Steve of my time constraints and he was able to get my car in and have it ready for me even sooner than I had expected. Overall, a fantastic experience, and a very satisfied customer who would be more than happy to recommend this dealership to others. More

Amazing Customer Service I needed to purchase a new vehicle and after looking on line for a few months I chose to work with Victoria Hyundai for a few reasons. I liked that t I needed to purchase a new vehicle and after looking on line for a few months I chose to work with Victoria Hyundai for a few reasons. I liked that they were up front and posted their prices on line, unlike most of the dealerships in the local area. I also like that they do fund raising for various organizations and giving back to community is important to me. I contacted the dealership on line and one of the questions I was asked was if I wanted someone to contact me through e mail or by telephone. I chose e mail and Jody respected my wishes. I was able to book a test drive and do my financing on line. When I arrived at the dealership all the staff were very warm and friendly. There was no pressure. Jody and Bruce were very personable and worked together to help me get my dream car. But wait, that is not all! Jody knew I wanted to donate my old vehicle to the Kidney Foundation and is handling that for me! He has stored the vehicle on the lot and will be making the arrangements for the Foundation to pick up the vehicle. Now that is amazing customer service! Thank you for making this such a pleasurable experience and I look forward to working with you again in the future. More

Steve made me feel like a somebody, explained things to be clearly and precise, and genuinely seemed to care about getting me and my car back on the road. Darrell, the service tech, came out from the garage to explain things to me which I appreciated as it gave me a full understanding of the issue my car was having and how we could deal with it. He also phoned me at home during his analysis to let me know what he was going to do to the car to get it running again. Brought the car in at 9 am, was told it would be looked at by 11 am- 12 pm and got a phone call at 1 pm. Fast service. I'll be going back for all my oil changes and routine maintenance. When you get great service you want to stick with it. More

However, my daughter who's just graduated university has been in love with the Santa Fe for quite some time and had her heart set on it. So off we went to the dealer. What a pleasant surprise dealing with Tristan and Jared was. They were keen to listen to our desires, answered questions that we had about their products even when the truth wasn't exactly in Hyundai's favour, and made sure we were taken care of instead of taken advantage of at every step of the process.. I highly recommend Victoria Hyundai, Tristan and Jared, as well as the Santa Fe! More
