They not only completed the inspection in a timely fashion, they didn't hesitate to drive me to my other scheduled appointment and picked me up when the job was completed. There were only a few minor items needed for the truck to pass inspection and Rodney was quick to call me before proceeding with any repairs or part replacements. He kept me informed with the whole process and it's without question that I would recommend his service department to my friends and family. More

Exceptional service; really extraordinary. My 2002 Santa Fe was recalled and Hyundai Victoria did the repair work. It speaks to the excellence of this organization that even drivers of older ve My 2002 Santa Fe was recalled and Hyundai Victoria did the repair work. It speaks to the excellence of this organization that even drivers of older vehicles like myself are well looked-after. The actual recall repair was taken care of quickly, but an earlier recall that had not been carried out was found to be in a potentially catastrophic condition. I was urged to not drive the car until repairs had been made. This happened December 23rd. I was going to be stuck without a vehicle for the holidays; fortunately Steve Bullock, the service manager, made available to me a new vehicle for me to get through Christmas. I was very pleasantly surprised; if I were a Grinch my heart would have grown two sizes right then and there. The work was carried out at the earliest opportunity (i.e., once spares had been shipped in from Vancouver). The repairs were actually very extensive, but I was not charged a nickel, not was it suggested I would be. Again, remember this is an older vehicle, not one where the company would be making money. In addition to the recall repair, I requested my car's hydraulic brakes be flushed, as per Steve's recommendation. That work was also carried out efficiently and promptly. Considering the urgency of the repair work in terms of vehicular safety, and the assistance that Steve and the team provided at their most busy time of the year, I can only say that they went above and beyond what I might have expected. My car was even washed when I went to pick it up; how about that for service? I can only praise Steve and the team and, more to the point, thank them for their considerable efforts. My wife's and young son's [plus my own] safety and well-being was their first and foremost priority; that is a rare thing indeed. From now on, they'll get my custom both in repairs and when it is time for me to update my vehicle. A very warm and heartfelt thanks, everyone! Stewart Wood, December 2014. More
