Each time we came in, Tristan knew what we were looking for and could point out new option that may have come in to the USED side of the dealership since our last visit. Tristan also communicated with us regularly by phone and email to see if we had any question or needed any advice. We did not end up purchasing from this dealership although in the future I would like the opportunity to deal with them again. Great, no pressure, friendly, and caring service from all of the staff we encountered! Awesome job Victoria Hyundai!! More

That's all you can ask for For myself, it wasn't only about buying cars, I found myself enjoyed the whole process of car selecting and actually made friends here. If you want to meet new friends but not simple dealers, it's a better idea to do it with Hyundai and Andrew! More

They not only completed the inspection in a timely fashion, they didn't hesitate to drive me to my other scheduled appointment and picked me up when the job was completed. There were only a few minor items needed for the truck to pass inspection and Rodney was quick to call me before proceeding with any repairs or part replacements. He kept me informed with the whole process and it's without question that I would recommend his service department to my friends and family. More
