Hello Mr. Munro. If you must know who I am to look it up this is Samuel Kerr. I got a call from Andrew last month, saying it's "been a year, why don't you come in and we'll see if we can get you in a different car". I said a 3.8L would be nice. He said there was on there and I was supposed to go down. Went down, and they tried putting me in a brand new one with payments that would be 60% more then I'm paying now. Jared said there wouldn't be a problem getting me in something...sure for a lot more money a month. Jeremy showed me some numbers but wouldn't tell me the interest when I asked. So I said thanks but no thanks. Then a week after I get a letter in the mail from Dan Stewart saying that they want my car for the lot, give a good trade value blah blah blah. I called him and I wasn't happy because I just want through this and told him as such. He said it was high what they quoted me, asked if I've made good payments on my car, I said yes, in three or four years I've dealt with TD Auto I've never missed a payment. He would look into it and call me back...I never heard from him again. So no, I'm not happy. Maybe I do have shitty credit but to keep telling me that I can get something else when I can't isn't good. (sure I can with insane monthly payments. But that's not good either). I'm not expecting anything to be done because I don't see what could be done.

Hi Samuel: Thanks or you note back. Jamie Kaban, our GM has tried to call you to review the file again with you. Candidly, I agree with you, I'm not sure how we can fix it, the deal that is, as the challenge as he has explained to me relates to "the math" of finding a car that works well considering the amount owing on your current car, the payment that you want to achieve, the car you want, and your credit situation. He tells me though that because you've worked hard at paying off the existing loan, that a rate reduction is available, however new car price, term, what's owing on the old car and other items are part of the payment as well. I am not the expert on this stuff, however and am likely doing a poor job of explaining things ... please just be sure that we want as bad as you to make things work and are disheartened that they aren't. Car or not, we don't want you to feel like you've been overlooked, or treated poorly. Sorry. Jamie is in 830-5 most days and as mentioned is trying to reach out to you. What's the best # that he can reach you at, does he have your cell #? Thanks and again, sorry.

I can see how you'd feel like that, and recognize that there is some work that needs done - but I'd have had an assistant or someone mail you if we didn't care. I cant ask for much from you at this point, but hope that you listen with an open mind to what Jamie has to say, and if he has any suggestions on any stone "unturned" then we go from there. Hi Samuel: Thanks for your review, although not positive we are glad to have it. As discussed in private messages, "the math" is beyond our control. 2 + 2 can never = anything other than 4. For example, the bank will only finance so much on a car, if the trade is worth less than what is owed on it, the bank will only go so far. We have talked in-house about you as a management team at length, and will use your case as a good training exercise in the future. We remain at your service. Steve.

Steve it's not about the lack of your company trying to get me into a different vehicle. It's the fact that I had trouble getting my deposit back, that took several days always a different excuse. It was the fact that fine I couldn't get into something, but to send me a letter dated over a week after going in "because you wanted my vehicle for your lot" and "I could be put into something new"...just after I was told thanks but no thanks? Come on! Then I'm told I will receive nothing from your company until I remove my "bad review"? Way to run things. I was told on several occasions that phone call would be returned back...it never was. But hey, you want to respond to the negative reviews on here and put the blame on the writer that's up to you.
