This is not a surprise given the knowledge, experience, service and overall "at ease" feeling he puts off during the entire transaction. This recent purchase was with Andrew Hubbard who, just like Jody, never made me feel like I was being coerced or steered or maneuvered in any way. It felt like I was having a conversation with friends who were helping me buy a car. As a young female, who purchased both cars on my own, I can't say enough how important it was for me to feel comfortable and in control of the process from start to finish. I can say for certain, after having test drove vehicles at other dealerships, I will always buy my cars from Victoria Hyundai. More

Hyundai listened and obviously took my words to heart and they ensured to work together to give me an excellent deal on my dream car! I shopped around but it was so great to have the Hyundai team come together to get me the exact Veloster that I wanted! How could I not solely deal with these guys in the end? The colour, the model, the condition, price and the service! I really felt that Hyundai staff went far beyond what I had anticipated, especially Indy and Tristan. They ensured the car was in the EXACT condition that I requested as it is a 2014 but it is truly perfect. Bruce was great to deal with and Jared was also very fair when it came to recommending warranty options and oil changes, etc. I would now recommend Hyundai to all my contacts and have shared my experience on social media. Catered to our 'condition' perfectly. Buying a car can take a really long time... inside that dealership. These guys set things up quick, made things as painless as possible, and were really patient and focused on our needs. They understood we had purchased new cars before, and that we understood the verbal blast and finance time needed , and gave us the numbers when we needed them. Jared has the most stressful job of the bunch, especially dealing with the very blinkered seemingly budget limited bunch of 'people' that I consider myself to be one of. Thanks for being patient with me/us, when I got to the point of not being quite so patient myself, and then putting up with our jokes, although yours were also pretty crap, lets face it. Thanks very much for our new Sante Fe XL by the way - we love it!!!
