The used sales manager (Luis Nila) mentioned he couldn't sign a cheque until Tuesday with a cosigner, and to come back after work on Tuesday to sign the papers and finish the deal. I get a call while I'm home sick today from the same manager, saying that his boss doesn't want to sign the cheque because he doesn't want the vehicle and that the deal is off. I had already turned down two offers on the weekend because the truck was sold. Now i'm left with the vehicle and have turned down other perspective buyers because I thought I was dealing with an honest dealer. I'm amazed after shaking my hand and making a deal that he would phone back to say the deal is off. Waste of time and energy, won't make the mistake of dealing with them again. More

I was not expecting to have to purchase a new car and the idea of having to go through the process was a very stressful thought. Andrew was very caring and concerned about my needs for a new vehicle, he eased my anxiety and stress and I found him very easy to talk to and I trusted him in helping me find the perfect new car. After explaining my idea of the perfect car, Andrew showed me the 2015 Hyundai Elantra GT and I test drove it. Andrew had really listened to my concerns about vehicles and brought me a car that met every one of my needs. Since I was still shocked about the idea of having to purchase a new vehicle, Andrew ensured me that I did not have to make my decision right away, he actually encouraged me to go home and think about it before making any decisions -- a suggestion I truly appreciated. I was able to take the vehicle overnight since my old vehicle was unsafe to drive. When I came in the next day I knew that I wanted to purchase the car. I was handed off to both Bruce and Jared to deal with the financing of the car and again was treated with the best service. They walked me through the paperwork and answered any and all questions I had. Everyone I dealt with at Victoria Hyundai was very understanding, personable, and I felt very respected and comfortable during the entire process of purchasing my new vehicle. Andrew (sales person) asked what everything what we were looking for in a car, it felt great that he was looking out for our best interests in a vehicle that would fit for my family. Andrew is such a great, down to earth person we have recommended to friends/family to come to Hyundai and said ask for Andrew. Bruce helped greatly on the financing we couldn't help but smile knowing how he made it so easy and affordable in payments that worked for us. This is not a surprise given the knowledge, experience, service and overall "at ease" feeling he puts off during the entire transaction. This recent purchase was with Andrew Hubbard who, just like Jody, never made me feel like I was being coerced or steered or maneuvered in any way. It felt like I was having a conversation with friends who were helping me buy a car.
