Sales OK. Service dep't uses fear tactics. Bought a new Tucson in 2009, when they had a sale. No complaints about the original sales process or the vehicle. A few years after purchase I started getting phone calls and letters hounding me to trade in and upgrade. I asked them to stop - they didn't - but eventually they gave up. I wasn't impressed with their high-pressure sales tactics. I've owned various new cars and generally follow the recommended service schedule. The vehicle gets light duty around town. After the first few service visits, the Victoria service department started giving me long print-outs of things wrong with my car. They recommended all sorts of preventive maintenance items that other manufacturers/dealers hadn't with previous cars I owned. I continued with basic annual maintenance, but each time the service staff became increasingly threatening. I'm a professional engineer so know a bit about the mechanics of cars, and I did some research on the new maintenance items they recommended. They're not a total fraud, just not strictly necessary. Some were quite expensive. One tip off on this racket is that their fancy print outs recommended different procedures each time, always in alarmist tones. And the service reps are persistent but inconsistent, trying to sell different maintenance items each time. I don't trust them. By way of comparison, I recently took our other car, a 2010 BMW to the local BMW dealer for annual maintenance. When they phoned me with the health/safety check I expected the same threatening upsell tactics that Hyundai uses but was pleasantly surprised to hear "your car is fine, come pick it up". Ditto for when we owned Subaru and Honda cars. So I'm done with Hyundai. I'll sell the Tucson (which has never broken down or exploded in spite of this dealers threats) and I'm telling everyone I know to stay away from the Victoria dealership. Shame on you. More

2016 Santa Fe Sport - perfect vehcile I had been corresponding with Brianna by email but hadn't set a time to come in and check out vehicles. I stopped by on a VERY busy Saturday and altho I had been corresponding with Brianna by email but hadn't set a time to come in and check out vehicles. I stopped by on a VERY busy Saturday and although she was currently with another Customer Gordo got the ball started for her and took me out for a drive. Brianna was kind & courteous enough to come over and introduce herself and helped me once I returned from the ride. I felt looked after at all times and although I hadn't planned on purchasing that day I left with a brand new Luxury edition 2016 Santa Fe. I didn't have time to complete the paperwork due to another obligation but Bruce was very accommodating in the finance department to get as much started as possible so when I returned everything was ready to go. Jared helped with the finalization of all the paperwork upon my return and I felt like I truly understood everything that was explained to me and it was a lot of info! Indy was involved in the negotiation on the vehicle and extremely fair with pricing and options without the hassle of back & forth and back & forth. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle as I didn't feel pushed or pressured at anytime during my experience there! More

Oil change on our 2014 Sanfa Fa and left in a 2016 Santa Fa My wife and I were greeted the moment we walked into the service area, by Rodney Schultz, inquiring if he could help us. I advised him we had an appointment for an oil change on or 2014 Santa Fa. Rodney introduced me to a very polite Simon Bruton Service Advisor, who explained the mechanical service that was going to be preformed. Inspected our vehicle for any damage and the mileage. I went up stairs to see Jody Dick who introduced me to Andrew Hubbard and before I knew it, they each had a hold of an arm twisting it behind my back and before I knew it my wife and I were driving away in a New 2016 Santa Fa. I hope they payed for the oil change on the 2014. Jody and Andrew express the honesty, integrate and professionalism you would want to buy a vehicle from. We all have heard about car salesman, Jody and Andrew are the best of the best and I had a good feeling driving away in my new 2016 Santa Fa, great salesman, great vehicle, great dealership. Go see them! More
